Her Highness Sheikha Moza bint Nasser, Chairperson of Qatar Foundation, inaugurated the Al Azzm sculpture – one of Qatar Foundation’s public artwork collections – at Education City.

Her Excellency Sheikha Hind bint Hamad Al Thani, Vice Chairperson and CEO of Qatar Foundation (QF), also attended the event, which included the unveiling of the official plaque offering insight into the sculpture and artist, as well as a series of performances and speeches.

حضرت الفعالية سعادة الشيخة هند بنت حمد آل ثاني، نائب رئيس مجلس إدارة مؤسسة قطر والرئيس التنفيذي للمؤسسة، وتضمنت كشف النقاب عن اللوحة التعريفية الرسمية للعمل الفني، والتي تقدّم لمحةً عن المنحوتة والفنان، كما تخلل الحفل سلسلة من الفعاليات والعروض الأدائية.

Her Highness Sheikha Moza bint Nasser, Chairperson of Qatar Foundation for Education, Science and Community Development and Education Above All Foundation, met today with Her Excellency Fatoumatta Bah-Barrow, First Lady of The Gambia. The meeting took place on the sidelines of the launch of “The-Mujadilah Center and Mosque for Women”.

They discussed current EAA projects for out-of-school children in Gambia, and issues related to the modern Muslim woman.

تم خلال الاجتماع  مناقشة جهود مؤسسة التعليم فوق الجميع للحد من عدد الأطفال غير الملتحقين بالمدارس في غامبيا، كما تطرّقنا إلى سبل دعم وتمكين النساء المسلمات.

Her Highness Sheikha Moza bint Nasser, Chairperson of Qatar Foundation for Education, Science and Community Development met today with Her Excellency Dr. Wan Azizah Wan Ismail, Spouse of the Malaysian Prime Minister. The meeting took place on the sidelines of the launch of “The-Mujadilah Center and Mosque for Women”.

The two discussed topics of mutual interests including issues facing contemporary Muslim women and best practices in matters of public policy.

تم خلال الاجتماع مناقشة قضايا المرأة المسلمة المعاصرة لاسيما في مجال السياسات العامة والبرامج.

افتتحت صاحبة السمو الشيخة موزا بنت ناصر، رئيس مجلس إدارة مؤسسة قطر للتربية والعلوم وتنمية المجتمع ومؤسس" المجادلة" ، مساء اليوم، المجادِلة: "مركز ومسجد للمرأة" ليُمثّل وجهة للنساء المسلمات من جميع الأعمار والخلفيات.

ولقد أسُس المجادلة بمبادرة من صاحبة السمو بهدف تعزيز الهوية الإسلامية للنساء وتوعيتهنّ بأمورِ دينِهنّ ودنياهنّ، شخصياً وأسرياً واجتماعياً، من خلال ايجاد مساحة  للتعبّدِ والتعلّم، وللتطويرِ والإرشادِ واستنباطِ الحُلولِ من دَاخلِ الإسلام.

Her Highness Sheikha Moza bint Nasser, Chairperson of Qatar Foundation for Education, Science and Community Development and Education Above All Foundation, met today with Her Excellency, Emine Erdoğan, the First Lady of Türkiye.

The two discussed the dire humanitarian situation in Gaza and the efforts undertaken to provide support and humanitarian aid to the people of Palestine.

تم خلال الاجتماع مناقشة الأوضاع الراهنة في غزة والجهود المبذولة لتقديم الدعم والمساعدات الإنسانية للشعب الفلسطيني الشقيق.
