HH Sheikha Moza visits 29th Doha International Book Fair

Her Highness Sheikha Moza bint Nasser, Chairperson of Qatar Foundation for Education, Science and Community Development (QF), visited the 29th Doha International Book Fair this afternoon, held at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center under the theme of "Doha, A City of Knowledge and Conscience."

During the visit, Her Highness toured the pavilions of government and cultural entities, as well as Arab and international publishing houses that are participating at the fair. She also visited a number of local publishing houses such as Roza publishing house, Lusail publishing and Hamad Bin Khalifa University Press and Al Reyada Girls Center.

Additionally, Her Highness attended some of the activities and events associated with the book fair, notably the children's theater.

Her Highness was accompanied by His Excellency the Minister of Culture and Sports, Salah bin Ghanem Al Ali.

Doha International Book Fair, organized by the Ministry of Culture and Sports, will run until December 8th, with the participation on 427 publishing houses from 30 Arab and foreign countries.
