Her Highness Sheikha Moza bint Nasser and Mrs. Wafaa Michel Sleiman, the First Lady of Lebanon, visited this evening the Children's Cancer Center in Beirut.

Her Highness started the visit by touring the center's main garden named "Qatar's Doha for Life" in appreciation of Her Highness for her monetary donation for the center in 2007. Her Highness toured as well the various sections of the Center such as the outpatient treatment section and the inpatient treatment section for cases receiving care inside the hospital, where she met a number of children patients to check on their health situation.

The Children's Cancer Center awarded Her Highness with a gold medal at the end of her visit as a symbol of appreciation for HH's donations and contributions in the center.
