Today we celebrate the opening of “Dreama”, the Orphan Care Center. Once again, we borrow the name of a fragrant plant from the desert, because our generous land never stops honoring us with gifts. The name reflects the authenticity of our society and the purity of its roots.

The concept of solidarity has deep human significance as a value of our cultural and social heritage. We believe that we possess of respect for human freedom and dignity. I believe that despite its recent establishment, the "Dreama" center embodies this concept.

The Center is a humanitarian and civilized project, with an approach to orphans that encompasses sympathy, consolation and compassion. But it doesn’t stop there: it is one of our priorities, alongside family development and social integration.

From both religious and moral standpoints, it is our role to ensure that the orphans are protected from all forms of exploitation through legislation and legal procedures that can guarantee continuous security and care for them. I believe this is the role that should be assigned to Dreama in terms of follow-up and supervision, to ensure the life of dignity deserved by these children, our “flowers”.

I was captivated by the smiles of the children who appear on the center’s brochure. It is our responsibility to nurture those smiles and preserve their purity and permanence. The bouquets of roses presented to the orphans represent our sincere love, continuous respect and unlimited support for them.
