Her Highness Sheikha Moza bint Nasser, Chairperson of Qatar Foundation, and Chairperson of Education Above All, met with the First Lady of Paraguay, HE Silvana Lopez Moreira, on the sidelines of WISE 2019 to discuss the importance of prioritizing education to help enroll out of school children, as well as ongoing partnerships with Education Above All.
