Her Highness Meets with António Guterres the Secretary-General of the United Nations

Her Highness, Sheikha Moza bint Nasser, Chairperson of Education Above All Foundation, met today with H.E. António Guterres, Secretary-General of the United Nations, at the Sustainable Development Goals Pavilion in the Al Bidda FIFA Fan Festival.

During their meeting, they discussed topics of mutual interests including Financing Education, reaching the SDG goals, and protecting Education in times of conflict.  

HH toured the site of the SDG Pavilion, including the tent designed by the late Iraqi-British Architect Zaha Hadid and a sculpture garden which included various artworks related to the 17 SDG goals.

The Pavilion will officially open tomorrow.
